HISTORIC warehouse on W. River St (the Main retail street). Building is in rough shape and could possibly be torn down, unless someone were super handy and ambitious! Could have retail or warehouse potential if cleaned up, or area to store items. Owners friend is storing old cars in back. BE CAUTIOUS! Not sure of the buildings structural condition and integrity.
